Like anywhere else in China, Sanming has its own home-brewed KFC knockoff. This one is called MFC.

As a side note, even in Chinese, with the exception of the first character, the name is exactly the same as KFC's Chinese name, and the first character, incidentally, is the first character from McDonald's Chinese name.
