No curious English here, but this sign was a little skeptical. I don't think you can make out the words, but it reads" The areas coloured red on the map may contain unexploded bombs and shells. The public are advised to avoid these dangerous areas. Do not touch any suspect item in the areas coloured red on the map. It may explode and kill you."...I guess you could call that a fair warning.
