We had to switch buses in a Hui minority autonomous county called Linxia. The Hui are very similar to the Chinese. The only major difference is that they, like the Uighurs, are devout Muslims who don't dig on swine. This Hui boy was trying to sell us soda and chips as we waited for our bus to depart.
